Pros

The long history of the firm and relatively fair compensation for mid level staff.

Cons

First off, I would not recommend anyone work for this company. Leadership does not respect employees and the only reason they are still afloat, is because they have hired incredibly talented individuals in the past and are just skating by on the reputation of their past. Under qualified project managers throw young staff into the line of fire to take the brunt of their shortcomings, often in front of clients or during team meetings with leadership. For a firm that hires a great deal of interns, they take advantage of international persons by underpaying them and over working them. They also force young staff to work overtime and skip any other obligations in their life such as exams while they are in school. Very disappointed by the communication at this company and I am embarrassed by the actions of leadership during my time there.

Pros

Good benefit/holiday hours. Office location and space is nice. Most architect staff/designers were really friendly and helpful.

Cons

Too many manager staffs, three senior partners and three juniors plus many associates. They don't keep you informed with projects updates, and meetings were always late or held ten minutes before 6pm because that's the only time they were free. Management is unorganized and only care about profits. They would rather hire interns than keeping full-time employees. They ran through different interns every two weeks during the summer or holiday time. And many interns were international students from nearby colleges who worked illegally and paid under the table. The office paid them all at once after their terms and also covered their lunches and transportation by Uber every day. Guess it was still cheaper that having a full-time. Some were promised with full-time opportunities after their intern period which were never the case. So if you don't know anything but how to talk yourself up, this is the right place.
