      Pros

      Was a great place to be part of a team that can manufacture Tooling solutions for Multi-shot Molds. One of a handful worldwide that can offer total solutions to it's customers.

      Cons

      No longer care about their employees, its all business and profit now! No Vacation Payout- No severance Package offered after 7 plus years of employment. Sorry we don't have work for you? were going to have to "Let you go"

      My boss was very understanding and supportive. Could work remote when needed. My co-workers were very helpful on a daily basis.

      I was let go due to downsizing.
