      Pros

      Was a great place to be part of a team that can manufacture Tooling solutions for Multi-shot Molds. One of a handful worldwide that can offer total solutions to it's customers.

      Cons

      No longer care about their employees, its all business and profit now! No Vacation Payout- No severance Package offered after 7 plus years of employment. Sorry we don't have work for you? were going to have to "Let you go"

      Pros

      Variety of restaurants nearby for lunch. Your spouse will be available for a top management position regardless of experience or what's good for the company. One hour open bar at the one company function of the year.

      Cons

      Will have terminated over 125 jobs and closed another company in the Buffalo area by March 2017. Employees are solely a number, no employee rewards or recognition. Horrible Health Insurance and insulting 401k company match. Falsification of documentation is encouraged.

      Pros

      Pay started high, didn’t feel very corporate and people talk to each other like friends.

      Cons

      Everyone in my department constantly spoke poorly about each other behind each other’s backs. Gross sexual comments were tolerated and encouraged about female employees. Very catty and childish culture overall, though that may have just been my department.
