      Top heavy middle management & NO loyalty - Compliance Analyst MISO Employee Review

      Pros

      Great pay and good benefits including an onsite health clinic.

      Cons

      Too many middle managers that are not good leaders. The company is not loyal to hard working employees - very cliquish. Promotion paths are not clear, and some managers never discuss performance (they email your review and bonus without 1:1). You are only as good as your last project. Yearly reorgs or layoffs especially if you are of a certain age.

      The people, the benefits, the company mission.

      Cons

      I would say that they have an outdated technology and IT department that is not agile and evolving at the same pace as the market.

      Fantastic co-workers, great place to learn and get experience. Financial / health benefits.

      Cons

      Senior leadership who can't be honest because they have a bad habit of believing their own BS. Ever seen the reality TV show 'The Traitors'? It's kind like that.
