People first culture is coming from the top down. The CEO backs up his words around people being first and it's great to see from the top. Lots of fun events to help grow the culture.

Cons

There is opportunity for growth in the technical side of things but the company is willing to get on board.

Way into MIT High levels of Autonomy

Cons

Completely incapable upper management, CEO is a fool, VPs are highly corrupt, HR tells colleagues about your meetings, HIPPA and ADA non-compliance, low pay, no career advancement
