Toxic - would give 0 stars if I could - Quality Assurance MLM Medical Labs Employee Review

MLM provides its marketing and business development team the flexibility and bandwidth to prepare and collaborate within the team to effectively plan and execute individual projects.

Having been with the company for a year, I cannot list a meaningful "con" associated with MLM as an employer or as a company to work for.

HR rep is very kind and sweet. That is it!

Where do I begin? Ok the Memphis location is a small mom and pop company. They have another site in Germany. They make their money off of managing projects for clinical trial studies for clients globally. They test samples, send supplies, medical kits, etc. They also perform translational studies. They pay low across the market. They have unethical practices and frankly unless you are desperate save your time and run! Don't be surprised if you hear about them on the news one day.
