Management walks around making rounds which feels like you’re being babysat, and micromanaged.
PTO is hard to hear anything back on a timely manner. You do not request it through your own boss it’s through someone that runs the schedules which is quite an inconvenience.
You’re required to pick 3/4 locations you must be available to travel to.
The women there seem caddy and not friendly, it feels like high school.
Lunch times are never guaranteed how long you get. Inconsistent.
Meetings to “check in see how you’re doing” again feels like micromanaged.
