Would not recommend - Scheduler MNGI Digestive Health Employee Review

Micromanagement from an unept group of managers. Some new to the role and others who just don't care. Don't even think of challenging an idea of theirs! (They are not wrong.) Terrible place for those who want to move up or like to problem solve. Just do the bare minimum and do not challenge the management and you'll be fine. Scheduling department is run like a call center. Importance is on quick calls and #of calls, not on efficiency or "caring for the patient".
