Pros
Trusts that you'll do a good job. Genuinely cares about their people--family atmosphere. Been here for about 8 years; wish I had found this place sooner.
Cons
I don't really have any cons, but something must fill this box to submit, so: it's transitioning from a small privately held business to a medium-sized privately held business and making that jump means more corporate bureaucracy... the pains of a growing business.
