      Nice environment, good hours, couple nice people work here

      No overtime, management pretty inexperienced, team leader has no clue about machining or about how to handle people

      Pros

      Trusts that you'll do a good job. Genuinely cares about their people--family atmosphere. Been here for about 8 years; wish I had found this place sooner.

      Cons

      I don't really have any cons, but something must fill this box to submit, so: it's transitioning from a small privately held business to a medium-sized privately held business and making that jump means more corporate bureaucracy... the pains of a growing business.

      Everyone that works here is willing to help out. The one team motto digs deep.

      Cons

      Only thing I can think of is a more comprehensive training program when onboarding key technical personnel to better equip them with the proper background knowledge on process/product/network/company structure.
