There weren't really any downsides to working here.

Everyone there has very great personalities and work very well together. Colleagues provide a very collaborative and supportive environment. Excellent place to learn some new skills.

There's no room for growth. Communication between departments in the agency is not the best. Some departments are VERY small, which can lead to overwhelming workloads.
