Pros
Everyone there has very great personalities and work very well together. Colleagues provide a very collaborative and supportive environment. Excellent place to learn some new skills.
Cons
There's no room for growth. Communication between departments in the agency is not the best. Some departments are VERY small, which can lead to overwhelming workloads.

Good place to learn the basics.
Cons
No advancement opportunities. High turnover due to most hires are out of college or have only 1-2 years experience. No mentors. Management keeps everything close to the vest and you cannot trust anything they say.
