A critic wrote in 2016:”Poor development & training opportunities, management by fear, under staffing, very US centric company, very political. These are always the same "clique" (considered as sufficiently "loyal" to the "cause") who get promoted. You'd better belong to them if you want to develop. Otherwise, search elsewhere...” : this is 100% right. About the development, I do not see what good it makes to pretend to get any development there. Their “cause and development” is just to pretend, to share a big cake, to travel a lot and to spend time chatting and gossiping. Top managers hire and promote their incompetent friends. This place is full with arrogant, hostile and incompetent high managers of poor caliber and poor human values, no lead by example, unfit people ignoring the Pharma industry basics . Lots of potty mouths and proud blabla like in one of the comments down below: “empowerment, best Fortune 500, self driven, leadership...” that hides incompetency of amateurs , too lucky to have been hired there.
