Pros
It really depends what team you are part of. Overall, environment and colleagues are ok. Great work-life balance. And if that's your thing and you're lucky enough to be part of particular IT teams, you can get relatively good salary for delivering almost nothing.
Cons
I can only talk about IT department I'm part of. Useless management which delegates responsibility to junior teams which leads to situation of barely delivering anything. Mostly unexperienced developers who cannot fathom consequences of their decisions. Very little value provided from scrum masters. Crowded office spaces, often leading to situation where employee doesn't have a place to sit(!) but no generous home-office policy.
