The company has a very poisonous culture. It has the ability to suck your blood, sweat, and tears out of you. Lots of nepotism is existing. It would be one thing if the managers put in place where educated and had a clue about the daily happenings. Unfortunately, a lot of lack proper management training and basic etiquette for proper communication. Management talks to down to employees with utter disrespect. If you are a woman you are practically invisible, and be prepared to be barked at. This is a very male dominated company where women are made to feel inferior and less than equal – must be part of their culture. Unless you are related to the family there will be no room for growth and advancement. Managers can be shady and make decisions as it benefits them. Lots of complacent employees remain with poor attitudes which lead to a very unpleasant customer service experience. The culture is such that employees are made to feel guilty if they use sick or vacation days. Work hours are long and exhausting and be prepared to hardly see your loved ones. Managers usually take credit for individuals’ achievements on their teams rather than crediting the member of the staff who made the achievement. This company is demoralizing and very negative. Hardworking employees are treated very poorly.
