Pros

I love my job and everyone knows it! Every single day I wake up and wonder what the day is going to be like. Will I get the Big Purchase Order? Every day is different, and if you are as energetic as I am, you will greatly appreciate that. I am not a number, I am a family member where every body knows my name. I have unlimited possibilities of growth and resources available to me. We give back, always have, always will. I always say to the customers "when someone asks why buy MSI?" I tell them that the answer is simple … what other company feeds thousands of children in need around the world daily? We donated the granite at the 9/11 memorial site, never had a lay off, and gave 1000 iPad/Chromebooks to employees who children were at home during the pandemic so that they could continue to learn. If you are like me and want the best, then come join our family.

Cons

Not getting to meet all of the employees Worldwide, who make up a team that helps me succeed.

Pros

I wish I could give you a pro RUN away if you can

Cons

Where do I start…. Micromanagement to the max: Dissecting your mileage to your sales visits even though the mileage app sucked and did not work half the time. If you drive their car you can’t even drink water as the camera will alert corporate and you get a nasty email. False promises: only be overnight 1-2 nights a week which was not true Zero training on what’s important Let people sell instead of burying them in worthless tasks Had me train for 8 weeks away from home like I was in the military and I stared at a wall in an office. My wife had a medical scare early on and I mentioned that I would like to be with her with the diagnosis and they still made me travel 8 hours from home. Pretty sure they were forcing me out as I talked to other sales reps and they weren’t under the pressure that I was. It’s not really a real sales job there is no selling your basically and order taker and spend your time trying to figure out the mess of ordering.
