Pros

Good atmosphere and few people were helpfull

Cons

1. wen the login time exceed more than 15 min delay , for more than 8 days one personal leave will b deducted. In quaterly we have 5 leaves 2. no CAFETRIA/ food and beverage service in the premises, food taken inside floor strict action will b taken with warning. 3 - mobiles ban inside work station. Ok i don't think it's important 4- only one hour break, it's ok as per rule but there is only one lift person going to cafteria for a coffee break and coming back to desk it takes 30min sometime lift gets stuck. Use staircase And also I mention no food service available inside premises v have to go around 1km to search good restaurant and traffic it takes 45 to 50 min and most important all restaurant get closed by 10pm nearby hectic for night shift people. 5. Inner politics games , senior some people work lesser than junior 6. Long work hours with short break or no break. And daily work pressure and new updates. No smoking in premises. 7. parking problem were superior people gets reservation with car and bike separate and time consuming to find and place the bike which leads delay in login time as per point no 1.

Pros

I wish I could give you a pro RUN away if you can

Cons

Where do I start…. Micromanagement to the max: Dissecting your mileage to your sales visits even though the mileage app sucked and did not work half the time. If you drive their car you can’t even drink water as the camera will alert corporate and you get a nasty email. False promises: only be overnight 1-2 nights a week which was not true Zero training on what’s important Let people sell instead of burying them in worthless tasks Had me train for 8 weeks away from home like I was in the military and I stared at a wall in an office. My wife had a medical scare early on and I mentioned that I would like to be with her with the diagnosis and they still made me travel 8 hours from home. Pretty sure they were forcing me out as I talked to other sales reps and they weren’t under the pressure that I was. It’s not really a real sales job there is no selling your basically and order taker and spend your time trying to figure out the mess of ordering.
