Pros

I can't think of any. Good for freshers but once you learn just move out because you will not be able to grow.

Cons

1) No Lunch/meal facility 2) no cabs, even for Girls working in odd hours. 3) Favoritism within teams (special inclination towards relatives). 4) Policies for India office change unannounced. 5) Violations of Indian Labor laws( no holiday for Independence day etc. or any national holidays) 6) No Growth. 7) Biased management. 8) narrow mindedness( cameras for each desk...seriously??) List is endless....steer clear of this company if you are willing to grow career-wise.

Pros

I wish I could give you a pro RUN away if you can

Cons

Where do I start…. Micromanagement to the max: Dissecting your mileage to your sales visits even though the mileage app sucked and did not work half the time. If you drive their car you can’t even drink water as the camera will alert corporate and you get a nasty email. False promises: only be overnight 1-2 nights a week which was not true Zero training on what’s important Let people sell instead of burying them in worthless tasks Had me train for 8 weeks away from home like I was in the military and I stared at a wall in an office. My wife had a medical scare early on and I mentioned that I would like to be with her with the diagnosis and they still made me travel 8 hours from home. Pretty sure they were forcing me out as I talked to other sales reps and they weren’t under the pressure that I was. It’s not really a real sales job there is no selling your basically and order taker and spend your time trying to figure out the mess of ordering.
