No any pros.... Just show as good company.... Here is only give you sallary not give you bounce or extra hours spend payback just work as labor. Employee value only work as you when you left job boss and hr not give like priority give back all money

If your usefull that time limit HR and boss call you and after not show any respect you Boss tone always two way....like give us free money no care your hard work Any time boss call your personal phone say pls do it urgent.... And yes no care hard work he cut your sallary. Always cut sallary if you hard working employe... I don't but why this company allow Woman work after 8 o'clock and company not thought woman sefty If you woman devloper please not come here Here is always fake sallary slip and yes your increment time give you 1k or 2k only Any time sallary slip information change without any discussion to employees

- Few colleagues who are telling few things, actually they should take it in broad minded way as i know this company from 6 years and how much support have been provided in covid, timely salary. - no company is perfect, but we should enjoy things which are there, and main thing is to feel satisfaction.
