      very very cheap and very very bad company dont join this company

      Pros

      -colleagues are good. -TL is friendly

      Cons

      -environment not good. -ceo is not ceo. -he don't know how to behave with employees. -he don't have knowledge of IT but don't know how he is being a ceo/director. -he always keeps the girls in the cabin for no reason. -director take more interested in a girls. -not safe for girls. -if there is some mistake done by you so director tell you in publicly not in private , he don't have sense that how to behave like director / boss. -if you really want to make your career bright so don't join this.

      Pros

      There is only one reason to join the MSP is to show the MD's behaviour like office boy, Lots of vulgarity and to learn flirting with girls

      Cons

      HR Policy is change frequently without prior notice, there is no confirmation letter, No Increment, Full of partiality, Leave Policy is very bad, There is always deduction from salary, Run time change in offer letter after joining. Please do not join even as a trainee. No financial growth as well as technical growth.

      Pros

      Full support from management as i changed my field as well and they supported until i got best job. Best environment, events, family function and many more. Equal opportunities for girls and boys by leads lot of learning curves by each people Time to time, very rare chances of sitting late

      Cons

      Nothing so far, can be thought of every saturday off but its ok as environment is very lively.
