Work is very rewarding depending on the program you work on.
From my experience my management is very caring, not big micromanagers.
If you ask for help/need something from them they are willing to help and get you results.
Great support team in the backend as well. L1/L2

Benefits package is not very competitive (extremely low 401k match)
