Overworked and underpaid made to jump through hoops to get a small salary increase (Which might not even happen). No respect for work/life balance, expected to work every hour of the day to fix mistakes that shouldn't exist. No sick pay, treated like you are incapable of doing your job when you're off sick, but they do not realise that you're off because of them! No mental health awareness at all! Basically a modern day poorhouse, rows of workers having to complete jobs in very constricted timelines and with minimal support and pay. Directors do not appreciate their staff and treat them as disposable. No further training because they are worried that their staff might actually be happy at their job, which is a big no no at MTC. Threatened with legal action when trying to leave due to ridiculous unenforceable convenient in your contract. MTC are not happy for their staff to succeed in or out of their company, all they care about is getting money, no matter what cost to their staff
