This place genuinely feels like an extended family. My team and my boss care about me as a person, not just an employee, and that extends to caring about my family too. It's a brilliant environment to grow and learn, and the company consistently looks to promote and hire from within rather than going external, so there's a real path forward if you put the work in. They also value your input and ideas. It might take a while for things to be implemented, but they genuinely listen and consider anything that will help the business thrive. Honestly the best place I've worked.
Cons
Pay could be better in some areas, though the sales team is well rewarded for hitting targets. I'd also say some of the more negative reviews don't reflect my experience at all. You get out what you put in here, and the people who embrace the company's values tend to do really well.
