Pros
- talented and friendly coworkers - some of the projects are actually interesting - you will experience everything that might go wrong, from the flawed software engineering to the lack of management. although this ordeal is unpleasant, the experience is invaluable
Cons
- the company manages to combine the disadvantages of a small company with those of a huge corporation while having the benefits of none - ancient technology stack resulting in constantly reinventing the wheel and a huge workload that could easily be avoided - the majority of the work consists of fixing old undocumented projects that were originally implemented by people who are no longer with the company - i would NOT recommend it to students or as entry job into the industry. you might end up with a false belief that it's more or less like this in other companies too - the salaries are outright insulting - 90 days notice period if you sign the contract and if you try to quit the company will try to coerce or confuse you into staying
