      You get to serve people in need.

      Cons

      Just another corporate company hiding behind a non profit title. They use to care about the people they served but several years ago upper administration separated from the environment they served by moving to a new building a mile away and became out of touch with the clients and the staff that work directly with the clients.

      Pros

      The employees are kind, welcoming, and very gracious. They are grateful for your help and time, and make sure you know that you're valued. You can see the difference they're making in the lives of others, just by standing in the warehouse.

      Cons

      As far as I can tell, there are no cons!

      The work is rewarding and you feel good about what you do.

      Cons

      Culture is really bad and you are expected to do a lot for very little pay. Certain departments can be very rude and unprofessional.
