Pros

You get to serve people in need.

Cons

Just another corporate company hiding behind a non profit title. They use to care about the people they served but several years ago upper administration separated from the environment they served by moving to a new building a mile away and became out of touch with the clients and the staff that work directly with the clients.

Pros

The work is rewarding and you feel good about what you do.

Cons

Culture is really bad and you are expected to do a lot for very little pay. Certain departments can be very rude and unprofessional.

Pros

MUST is one of the few nonprofits who actually do what they say they do.

Cons

Very old-school culture. Lots of older employees who refuse to adapt to tech and who hire their buddies to work with them. Unprofessional environment.
