MWM DesignGroup is a unique and rewarding place to work. It's focus is to provide engineering, architectural, surveying and permitting services to clients in Austin and the surrounding area. MWM has a staff of about 45 people. The progression of a project from the submittal of qualifications by marketing, development of the proposals from the heads of departments, field work and site development from the surveyors, engineers and architects and submittal to the city by permitting, requires a great deal of communication and cooperation. This can only be accomplished by staff who are willing to listen to each other respectfully and are willing to work together, to produce successful project development for our clients. MWM provides this kind of staff by hiring people that believe these values are important.
