COO's have no clue - Resident Service Associate Mac Properties Employee Review

COO"s seem to have no clue of what we actually do. One is fake and the other is angry and yells, curses, and demeans people. They have no idea how to build up a team. The role forces you to do property management work like serving residents and having scary conversation with residents about evictions without the pay. Lower level title to get away without proper pay but expected to perform higher level tasks.
