The team is young and social

Cons

Gender pay gap is unacceptable for 2022. For females to be considered for promotion, they need to do a lot of extra-curricular activities. If you’re male, you just need to be ‘in’. Unfortunately for me I wasn’t in, so had no one advocating for my development.

Direct collaboration with global teams and exposure to high-level projects.

Cons

Unsupportive environment: The workplace culture suffers from micromanagement, passive-aggressive communication, and a clear lack of integrity from recently appointed management. Leadership Favoritism: Senior leadership tends to favor newly hired managers, failing to provide equal treatment, fair evaluation, or direct open channels of communication to the rest of the team.
