acts inclusive but really a white male club- racism and sexism is whitewashed with showy initiatives that have no real outcome or difference for the average non white/female staff.
senior management detached from the reality of worker bees lives and can be bullies
many slackers get away with doing nothing due to relationships with seniors so budgets are wasted on them as a resource- they also tend to get promotions
everything is implemented to please the board and tick boxes but not for real functionality or staff well being
