Have to be able to multitask

Good 401k and Health Benefits due to size of Company. Some very good people in the front-line roles.

Ongoing personnel changes, down time, and system changes affect daily activities. Very limited staff for product development and project support. Departments are understaffed creating overloaded employees and many unresolved daily tasks.
