      Pros

      Flexible hours, friendly coworkers, fun place to work, reasonable salary, room for creativity, personal growth, education. Generous shareholders, bonus, Great 401k program.

      Cons

      Need better communication. Not always organized. Medical benefits lacking. Large turnover and upper management changes invoked fear of employees losing their jobs. Atmosphere of distrust and uncertainty.

      Its a job, and it pays your bills

      Cons

      No work/family life balance. Overworked, understaffed. Changes happening everyday with no regard for their employees or how it affects them. Pay rate is below average. There is so much more but you get the point. People are quitting everyday and they are in dire need of help but they would rather delegate work overloading us.
