I wish I could write something. If you want to be micromanaged , join this company. Appraisal will always happen for few of their favourite employees timely. The new strategy of this organisation is to create difficult situation for the employee that they resign themselves .
Cons
Appraisals do not happen on time. Timely appraisal for few of their favourite people only. Management doesn’t know how to speak with employees. The co-founder of the organization is unorganised and doesn’t know how to prioritize work. The co-founder will choose to have a lame discussion on football or any of the worldly topics over conducting appraisal meetings and rescheduling the appraisal meetings for months together. If you disagree with the management, they will treat you differently. Will keep a check on your Intime and out time and can fire you immediately. This organisation is turning into slow paced government office with no goal. Favouritism is on its peak. Is very biased toward few employees. The organization doesn’t have any business in India and no quality work. The management philosophy is to show a carrot to the employees, which they will never fulfil. Their favourite carrot is to get US visa for the employees. Employees in turn despite of management issue and other related problems stay in the organisation in the hope of getting chance to execute projects in US which in return never happens. I don’t want other people to suffer, Hence this post. Nothing personal against anyone. All the information mentioned below is a fact and not mere false acquisitions. Job seekers ask the HR during the interview, if the appraisals are being conducted on time and you will know yourself.
