Below average pay for industry standards, office locations so far out of the way that the expense of the commute makes the salary all the more insulting, management (if we can call it that) does not care about improving conditions for workers and constantly creates a toxic blame culture often to cover up their own mistakes. Hugely outdated system of operations that creates problems not only in time spent doing what should be simple tasks but also in being able to find information which is hugely disorganized. It operates on a base of making most workers do the work of three people and as a result has to constantly replace workers because everyone rightly quits most without even reaching a year, resulting in no consistent oversight in projects which causes major blind spots in the business
