Great Lunch (all the other reviews were right about that) . The physical office space is great.

Took me a while to write this. The firm looked promising while applying and the interview process was great! I was optimistic. I was thrilled when I got the job. Everything went wrong from there. There was no onboarding. The work environment is abysmal. Nobody's curious about the new people and seems to actively avoid them. There's some half-hearted "check-in"s from the management but none of the promises are acted upon. Received calls at 11pm and later to complete some "URGENT" work which is all done on AI anyway- from ideating to writing copy, because who cares about the newbie, right? I thought it was just me who felt this way, but on observing other newbies, it's pretty much the same pattern. A select few acknowledge your existence. The vast majority walks right past you and barely even talk even if they have to get something from you.

Good for freshers, who wants to start their career in graphic design

My experience with this agency has been one of the worst in my professional journey. The digital marketing lead displays extremely unprofessional behavior — constantly micromanaging, overburdening select team members with unrealistic workloads, and lacking even basic decency in professional interactions. There is a serious absence of ethical work culture and mutual respect. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values professionalism and a healthy work environment.
