Terrible culture, created anxiety - Project Manager Made Thought Employee Review

Some nice people and interesting clientele.

The upper managements blend of blame culture and zero accountability is horrendous. They are arrogant and do not listen, they instead blame other departments for failures, accept zero responsibility and then ironically say x department needs to be more accountable. There is no guidance or training, you either sink or swim and if you do swim, you are expected to work long hours with no reward. This is by far the worse place I have worked. Not a very diverse staff either and very cliquey.
