Very hierarchical. Only promote people if someone leaves, you threaten to leave, or if you are favoured, hardly ever on merit and genuine acknowledgment of good/hard work. Constant blame culture. Negative environment to work in. Do not genuinely care about team wellbeing or DE&I, senior management just pay lip service to the lowest necessary level to appear that they care.
Relatively interesting clients. Some really lovely people.

Management are cliquy and actively talk negatively about colleagues behind their backs, but within earshot. A strong blame culture. Lack of support and very long hours for very little reward. Serious lack of diversity amongst employees.
poor treatment of employees. Clients are allowed to be horrible to you and then you get the blame. A blame culture at the company. the CEOS are arrogant and only care about themselves and making the high profile clients happy.
