Pros

A lot of great people working for the company. They’re flexible with regards to time off, working remotely and hours.

Cons

Poor management driven by HR who seem to control the company. No career progression. They do not promote internally, nor do they recognise long standing employees as they claim.

Leadership fails to recognize or reward employees who take on extra work, which hurts morale and retention. Supply chain is poorly planned and chaotic, which causes constant stress and inefficiency.
