Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback on your experience at Madison in 2018. We’re sorry your experience at Madison didn’t match your expectations. Since 2018 we have implemented a number of initiatives to improve our employee experience which has included a complete restructure of the organisation. We’re really proud of the work we have done over the last few years to transition Madison into being recognised as an Employer of Choice for 2020. In our 2020 Employee Experience Survey our third highest rated question was “the leaders of my business unit demonstrate that people are important to the business unit and the overall Madison success” with a 93% positive rating. We also received a NPS of +46 which is well above average for our industry. We are going to continually evolve our employee experience as our team members wants and needs change and as we grow as a company. We want all our team members to have an amazing employee experience and thank you for your feedback as he helps us know when we don’t have it right for everyone.
