- Great team - Ability to learn new skills with training materials and colleagues who have amazing patience and ability to teach them - From day 1 I have felt like part of the family. Upper Management cares about you and issues. - Total understanding that you do have a life outside of work and very willing to work with you on remote work rather than forcing you to take leave - Supplies all the needed equipment without any hassle and its GOOD equipment, not hand me downs from the previous tech - Have never felt pressured to have to choose between work and personal life - Very laid back atmosphere which is a huge plus in this highly stressful technical world we know live in

- Growing at a fast pace, while this in itself isn't a Con it can lead to other issues such as communication and knowledge being lost due to not being documented correctly. These are problems with most MSP's (and much worse at the place I came from so this did not affect my rating).
