Pros
MadWolf is a great place for employees to work. As a boutique firm doing IT services in the DC area, there is opportunity for growth within the ranks and leadership values opinions of staff. The technology stack is diverse and can be a learning ground for any interest you may have. Good work-life balance for the most part - employee's scheduled are respected and flexible.
Cons
It's a small firm, so the usual applies. Need to be a self-starter in several aspects and you will need to wear a few hats.
