Pros
The co-workers can become great friends. The managers were former lifeguards and very cool at times. Paid decently. Have fun events for co-workers near end of season.
Cons
Unorganized. Very early morning hours. Long hours (7am -9pm) some nights, mostly Wednesdays. Work outside. Hot days. Short breaks. Breaks are not really breaks though, because you are required to train and do other mock-emergency protocol duties if done during your specific break times (it happens at random, so you may or may not have to on any given day)
