Pros
A pleasant work culture with a lot of camaraderies. While I was working there, they had a very humanistic vision of human resources management, always concerned about the physical and mental health of their employees, promoting team collaboration practices, continuous learning and extra-office activities.
Cons
Instability in the hierarchical structure and ambiguous communication of management's expected objectives. Salaries are not very competitive compared to other companies in the country.
