      Some people are compromised in helping your growth

      Cons

      They only spend money on what they want, they don't care about giving good salaries, there are small groups of people that if you are not part of them you will face problems, they have favoritisms with senior developers

      Pros

      A pleasant work culture with a lot of camaraderies. While I was working there, they had a very humanistic vision of human resources management, always concerned about the physical and mental health of their employees, promoting team collaboration practices, continuous learning and extra-office activities.

      Cons

      Instability in the hierarchical structure and ambiguous communication of management's expected objectives. Salaries are not very competitive compared to other companies in the country.

      Pros

      Awesome projects, too much flexibility in everything and home office. It is a perfect place to start your career because they push you to grow and learn new things.

      Cons

      - There are nepotism, the hiring process is completely ignored if you know the CEO. - The brother CEO were involved in a sexual harassment inside the company. - Salary is too low, having a raise takes too much. - The payment works as a mixed scheme, (it is not full nomina) - the office is kind of boring
