      Pros

      Social Housing is like marmite - love it or hate it! I love it. Everyday I know I am supporting my colleagues to make a real difference to our customers' needs. The work is varied, can be fast paced and is always different.

      Cons

      Changes are rapid and can be hard to keep up with. However I thrive in this environment.

      Pros

      Started off well but after a year with Magna Housing I found my line manager and my boss following me trying catch me out hiding in blocks off flats and parked up watching me!😔 I got the feeling they were trying to get rid of me before my two years were up and I was right as they were trying to find faults in everything I done! 😡 Vile tenants as well who abused staff, housing officers, contractors and police were not evicted!

      Cons

      Taking the van home. Poor wages for the amount of work we done let alone clearing loads of dumped furniture and rubbish which I don't miss one bit!
