      Pros

      Social Housing is like marmite - love it or hate it! I love it. Everyday I know I am supporting my colleagues to make a real difference to our customers' needs. The work is varied, can be fast paced and is always different.

      Cons

      Changes are rapid and can be hard to keep up with. However I thrive in this environment.

      Didn’t reward anything don’t care about disabilities certain members of management at the depot were down right rude and highly unprofessional
