I started in an entry-level role and was given additional responsibilities as I gained experience. The company notices hard work and gives employees opportunities to prove themselves.

The work can become repetitive at times, depending on the project.

Decent pay and hours. They provide snacks and stuff and occasional lunch. Some of the people are nice just over all there’s no future in working there. Good first job out of college or stepping stone job.

No benefits, none. No health insurance, vacation pay or 401K. Just accrued sick days and a lot of overtime offered.
