You get no benefits, no paid vacations and also for Holidays you get paid the same as any other day. Dont trust me? Find out yourself. The boss makes you feel bad and he wants it done even if its impossible, gets salty when you talk about money and raise, wants you pretty much work 6 days even if you don't want they again make you feel as if you have to. I've seen new coworkers that don't even last 2 weeks, They All Complain about the same: THE BOSS. Its bad to the point 5 workers quit inna month. If you tell him its not possible and give reasons why, he gets annoyed and tells you to figure out and you get burned out bc of the pressure he puts. I've seen female coworkers leaving crying bc of the problem the boss gives, i just wish yall take this advice and dont work here if yall want your mental stability
