Thanks for your feedback. We are committed to create a comfortable and transparent for all our employees so I am disappointed to hear about your experience. We value and consider all feedback and we will continue to find ways to improve but I want to address a few changes that we have made from last few months. Communication as we scale is one of our highest priorities so we are focusing on that. Apart from that we have the most employee friendly agreement in which everything is clearly mentioned. If employees are working hard on a project we do believe in rewarding as well. We organize get together on regular intervals so that everyone fills up with energy. I am thankful that you took time to share your opinion so that I and others can reflect on it and think about ways we can adapt and do more to ensure you and others to feel valued and appreciated.
