If your fresher then you can learn here many more things.

Cons

No management. No proccess. Poor facility. Project manger dont have 1percent knowledge to handle the project. They are thinking you are a machine. Devlopment or coding is not a JOKE. if you know declaration of some language so dont think you are master of that language that is just a boundry you dont know what will come next and if your thinking in that way then sit n start developing by your own. They just make policies but not following any of that. They want quality product from interns. Compny has completed 9to10 years in IT. But still compny is not growing and its progress is just having 20 to 25 persons working over. The Director should think why my company is here while others are growing. Remeber your employee is your strong point. My personal openion for you guys DONT join this company even if you dont have job for longer time.

(This review only for Pune office) Glassdoor provide negative ratings for this type of company. There is no pros for this company only thousands of cons. Dont sign service agreement (BOND) they make money from this agreement Shut down this organization that you cannot play with other people career.

Worst management Worst policy for employee Fake promises by company Project manager dont have 1% of knowledge of software development. Project manager dont have knowledge of development language. HR Dont know his own policy and rights to take decision hr needs to ask everyting to manager and director Company policy only suitable for company not emplyee. company dosent provide even health insurance.

Thanks for your feedback. We are committed to create a comfortable and transparent for all our employees so I am disappointed to hear about your experience. We value and consider all feedback and we will continue to find ways to improve but I want to address a few changes that we have made from last few months. Communication as we scale is one of our highest priorities so we are focusing on that. Apart from that we have the most employee friendly agreement in which everything is clearly mentioned. If employees are working hard on a project we do believe in rewarding as well. We organize get together on regular intervals so that everyone fills up with energy. I am thankful that you took time to share your opinion so that I and others can reflect on it and think about ways we can adapt and do more to ensure you and others to feel valued and appreciated. - Very bad management -The company is always eager to deduct employee salary by using various rules they have created. -Be ready to make bonds or pay money to get a job in such a company. - Don't expect that you will get a chance to learn as most of the people are fresher. -All rules are for company benefit only. -Very Bad Politics by Manager(Self-declared Boss). Advice to Management Just think why all employees are eager to leave the company. (Ready to pay bond-breaking amount )
